I was born and raised in Holland, Michigan and now call Kalamazoo home. Before setting my roots down here, I attended Michigan State University where I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography ( it's also where I met my rock and husband, Jake). 9 years later, my daughter, Willow, was born and made me a mama. I like scruffy dogs with beards, anything mustard yellow colored and find it super satisfying when all the socks match on laundry day. My go to favorite lens is the Sigma 35mm 1.4

My favorite shoots are the ones that aren't perfect because, well, life isn't perfect.  

Shoots that have freedom and movement; possibilities of magical moments, tickle fights and laughing fits.

Where you can pause and enjoy a quiet, tender moment and also have deep belly laughs with the ones you love.

Genuine, authentic moments.


Life is full of joyful moments, but it also is messy and chaotic and full of love and that's OKAY. I'll be there every step of the way with you.

My sessions pause time and capture the natural and true version of where you are in this season of life.

There's no pressure to preform; you'll simply be embracing the moments.
